MUSIC POWER _ 22 Original Hits!

This one is from mid-1974 and contains a wide-ranging selection of songs which were sizeable hits in Canada. The biggest US hit here by far is The Sweet's "Little Willy" and that was way back in 1972! The rest were minor hits at best and others - like Gordon Sinclair's truly flesh crawling "The Americans" and Stories' version of a UK Roger Whittaker hit - will be total obscurities to most. Sinclair's offering is one of those where you really do have to hide behind the sofa but there are delights for the unitiated in the Natural Four's smooth and soulful "Can This Be Real" and "Painted Ladies" by Ian Thomas which sounds uncannily like the band America. Whatever you think of the songs, I guarantee you'll love the sound!
